I just cant imagine that how would i live in such condition...
NO WATER, NO FOOD, NO ELECTRICITY, SUMMORE THE WEATHER IS COLD

But then horr, I'm not sure the Student Exchange Program is still going on or not
Because the radioactive substances is extremely dangerous substance T^T
I think they will cancel the program
